花的清淨，要將清淨的真心供養十方
花的彩色，要將彩色的好心與人結緣
Like the beauty of a flower,spread the beauty of your heart to everyone.
Like the fragrance of a flower,spread the fragrance of your love to everyone.
Like the purity of a flower,offer the purity of your heart to everyone.
Like the color of the flower,make good affinity with your good heart.
有佛光普照之地，即是佛光淨土
有法水常流之處，即是法性淨土
有僧伽加被之田，即是福德淨土
Where the Buddha”s teaching shines,there is the pureland of Buddha”s light.
Where the Dharma water flows,there is the pureland of Dharma nature.
Where the Sangha”s blessing is,there is the pureland of fortune and virtue.
時間刹那，貫穿了去來叁世
空間極微，包容了大千宇宙
Our past,present,and future lives can be seen in a single moment.
The whole universe is present in a tiny space.
天災人禍是共業所感召，要消除災難，必先消除自己的罪業
身心疾苦是煩惱所造成，要消除病苦，必先淨化自己的身心
Natural and man-made disasters originate in the collective karma.To banish them,we must first purge our bad karma.
Physical and mental illness originates in defilement.To banish them,we must first purify our bodies and minds.
觸目皆緣，無非人生機遇
信手拈來，無非佛法妙谛
What we misconstrue as luck is causes and conditions.
What we misconstrue as luck is explained by the Buddha”s teachings.
「行善」是「教化」之初階
「教化」是「行善」之目標
The pupil must first learn how to be good.
The teacher must first teach how to be good.
「平等的主張」，可以消弭對人間的不公平
「人本的思想」，可以喚醒對生命的不重視
「環保的觀念」，可以改善對生態的不平衡
「自然的緣起」，可以化導對行事的不合理
Egalitarianism shatters the world”s inequality.
Humanism awakens us to the value of life.
Ecology restores the damaged environment.
Dependent origination leads to rational actions.
信仰佛教的真理很好
明白因果的道理更好
通曉平等的道理很好
奉行緣起的法則更好
It is good to believe in the Buddhist truth;it is better to realize the law of causality.
It is good to understand the essence of equality;it is better to follow the principle of dependent origination.
感謝因緣，因緣能成就一切
隨順因緣，因緣能引導自然
Be grateful to causes and conditions that help you achieve everything.
Follow causes and conditions that lead to natural results.
道德，是人類最珍貴的品質
般若，是人生最真實的寶藏
Morality is our most precious possession.
prajna is our greatest treasure.
可以不信佛祖，但不能不信因果
可以不信佛教，但不能沒有慈悲
You don”t have to believe in the Buddhea,but you must believe in the law of causality.
You can do without Buddhism,but not without compassion.
開發心中的衆生，就能人我一體，無怨無悔
開發心中的真理，就是智慧如海，辯才無礙
開發心中的世界，就能廣大無邊，法界一如
開發心中的歡喜，就能利益衆生，永不退轉
Let your mind embrace sentient beings without discrimination,and act in a manner that is perfectly willing.
Let your mind grow into deep wisdom and eloquence.
Let your mind encompass the whole dharma-dhatu.
Let your mind cultivate happiness for the benefit of all sentient beings everywhere.
面對死亡，要有如遊子回家的歡喜
面對死亡，要有如囚犯釋放的自由
面對死亡，要有如落葉歸根的自然
面對死亡，要有如空山圓月的明淨
Facing death,be happy like a wanderer returning home.
Facing death,be free like a prisoner released.
Facing death,be natural like a fallen leaf.
Facing death,be pure like the full moon.
宰殺豬羊的屠夫，因放下屠刀，立地成佛
惡貫滿盈的魔鬼，因丟棄利刃，成爲聖賢
A butcher can become a Buddha after laying down the knife.
A demon can become a sage after laying down the sword.
正念如盾牌，可以抵禦強敵，何衛自身
正見是盔甲，可以抵擋誘惑，遠離叁毒
Right mindfulness is a shield that protects us from our enemies.
Right understanding is an armor that shields us from temptation and three poisons:greed,hatred,and ignorance.
慈悲是人類情感淨化的善美境界
智慧是菩薩理性緣起的真如顯現
Compassion is pure kindness.
Wisdom means knowing the truth of dependent origination.
花兒吐露芬芳，我們覺得賞心悅目，因爲它是「活」的
樹梢隨風輕搖，我們覺得生意盎然，因爲它是「活」的
鳥兒枝頭鳴叫，我們覺得動聽悅耳，因爲它是「活」的
Fragrant flowers bring joy because they are alive.
Tree give pleasure because they are alive.
Birdsong is agreeable because it is alive.
雲朵舒卷自如，我們覺得自在舒暢，因爲它是「活」的
