The　　Buddha-truth　　which　　is　　able　　to　　crush　　all　　evil,　　and　　which　　rolls　　on　　from　　man　　to　　man,　　place　　to　　place　　and　　age　　to　　age.　　To　　turn　　the　　wheel　　means　　to　　preach　　Buddha-truth.
