Thus, no matter how rich or poor, noble or humble, everyone to suffer the birth, sickness, old age and death is equal in front of impermanent phenomenon; no one can escape from this principle of causes and conditions. Hence, each person living in the world no more than plays different effect on their life, with no one dominated or created. It is also to be shown in Buddhism thought “Everyone Equality”. All people, from the highest levels of business leader to the lowest level of the corporate executives, are all equal, only difference in assignment. There is not distinguished between personality and privileges, so all people are important in their jobs. Reflected in the corporate management is to “human-centered” management. To encourage the staff to take the initiative in their work and to finish it efficiently, we have to observe keenly each worker”s potential ability or take accurate measure to help them ordinary education or vocational training, as well as their healthy quality examination.
