外在的形象，可顯現內在的品行。
What is manifest on the outside can reveal one”s inner character.
真正的禅，是在日常生活中不起煩惱妄想。
True meditation is to calm the restless mind in everyday living.
轉一個角度來看世界，世界無限寬大；
換一種立場待人處事，人事無不輕安。
When you view the world from a different perspective,
the world becomes vast and wide.
Try shifting your perspective in everything you do,
and all will be light and easy.
放下執著，則和氣無處不在。
When one”s mind is free of attachments,
one will feel a great sense of harmony.
心無邪思，意無邪念，即常自在；心正則邪不侵。
If our thoughts are upright and wholesome,
we can always be at ease and evil cannot come near.
發心要發在腳底上，不是發在口中，只說不行。
A resolution must be expressed with actions, not just words.
凡夫是「命運」隨業轉，覺悟的人則能「運命」。
Ordinary people are governed by their karma,
while the enlightened ones dictate their own life.
超越迷情小愛，才能愛得一方心無挂礙，一方解脫自在。
Only by transcending inpidual love
can one”s ability to love and be loved be free of stress and anxiety.
無論處于任何領域，堅守崗位、向前精進，才能成功。
Dedication and perseverance are the keys to success in any field.
心正，路正，走下去就不會偏差。
With right-mindedness,
we would not deviate to walk on the proper path.
凡事要腳踏實地，用生命落實慧命。
Complete all tasks with total dedication;
cultivate wisdom through daily life experience.
用心凝聚愛的力量，創造愛的循環。
Wholeheartedly gather the power of love and create a circle of love.
人生有愛，同心同力就不孤單。
One who has love and works together with others
with one heart and one mind never walks alone.
不要小看自己，因爲人有無限的可能。
Don”t underestimate yourself,
for human beings have unlimited potential.
人人有事做，事事有人做，則愈做愈歡喜。
There is great satisfaction in work when no task is left undone and no one is left idle.
心平，路就平；心寬，路就寬。
With a tranquil and peaceful heart, the road is smooth.
With a broad and open heart, the road is wide.
吃苦了苦，苦盡甘來；享福了福，福盡悲來。
When your suffering is finished, fortune will come ;
when your blessings are used up, misfortune will come.
人都是在原諒自己的那一分鍾開始懈怠。
We start to slacken the minute we find excuses for ourself.
舍去眼前的煩惱，
才能當下擁有慈悲的法喜。
Let go of all worries,
only then will you appreciate
the happiness of a compassionate heart.
即使自己只是一根小螺絲釘，
也要注意有沒有鎖上、鎖緊，
以便充分發揮功能。
Even the tiniest bolt must be screwed on tightly
in order to perform its best.
慈悲心即是清涼地。
A compassionate heart is a clear and cool place.
少欲知足，是最富有的人生。
One who leads a content life with the least desire is the wealthiest.
有愛心，就能成爲他人生命中的貴人。
With love in our heart, we can act as a positive influence on others.
有些人常常起煩惱––因爲別人一句無心的話，他卻有意的接受。
People often feel upset because they take careless remarks too seriously.
恒心、毅力能如「滴水穿石」，
再大的困難與阻礙都能突破。
Just like dripping water that can penetrate stone,
patience and persistence can break through anything,
no matter how great the difficulty.
苦難是一堂寶貴的人生課程。
Suffering can provide a priceless lesson.
把貪念轉爲滿足, 把滿足化作慈悲。
Transform greed into contentment,
and contentment into compassion.
要原諒一個無心傷害人的人，
不能做一個輕易被別人傷害的人。
Forgive those who unintentionally hurt us.
Do not be someone who is easily hurt by others.
生命無價，會用才有價值，不會用則是白白浪費。
Life is valuable only to the extent that it is used.
千裏之路，必須從第一步開始；
聖人的境域，也是自凡夫起步。
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one first step.
Even the saint was once an ordinary human being.
爲人處世要小心、細心，但不要「小心眼」！
Be careful and mindful when dealing with others,
but do not be narrow-minded.
所謂看開人生，不是悲觀，而是積極樂觀；
不是看破，而是看透。
To take life easy is not a negative attitude;
it is a happy and positive way of life.
