做事要知情理，明理的人表示做事的方法融通
Showing that you are grateful wins new friends and keeps old ones.
In business,gain friends through correct practice.
責備的話中要帶有撫慰
批評的話中要帶有贊揚
訓誡的話中要帶有推崇
命令的話中要帶有尊重
Before you blame,comfort.
Before you criticize,praise.
Before you admonish,commend.
Before you command,respect.
忘恩負義者，應以慈悲及感恩治之
瞋恚嫉妒者，應以寬厚及包容治之
誹謗賢明者，應以贊歎及歌頌治之
自贊毀他者，應以慚愧及自責治之

聖賢，耳裏聽到的

Persuade with reason.
